Delivery
We aim to dispatch your goods within 2-3 working days from receipt of your order (subject to stock availability)
Normal delivery charges are £4.95 per order for UK addresses or £12.00 per order for international orders unless otherwise specified.
We are however currently offering FREE DELIVERY for UK addresses for every order.
Wholesale delivery is priced separately, contact us for details.
Stock availability
We aim to always have items in stock. There however may be occasions when an item is not available after ordering and we will inform you as soon as possible. We do not knowingly display items on our website which are out of stock, and as such only items in stock are displayed.
Returns Policy
We hope that you are completely satisfied with your purchase but if for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, please return it to us, in the original packaging, within 10 days of receipt and we will give you a full refund or exchange, provided the item is unused and in perfect condition.
If an item is damaged, or not as ordered, please inform us within 48 hours of receipt and we will arrange a refund for the postage as well as the item itself. You can call us on +44 7725534547 or contact us via email: info@funkyelephant.co.uk to arrange.
We strongly advise goods are returned by registered post and that you obtain proof of posting, as we cannot accept responsibility for items lost or damaged in transit. We will process all refunds within 7 days.
